Learn about Pasifika Mobilization
Pasifika Mobilization exists to support the local Pasifika church in mobilizing its people to proclaim Christ crucified to the unreached.
Why We Exist
Pasifika Mobilization exists to come alongside the local Pasifika lotu (church) and help support the mobilization of Pacific Islanders as cross-cultural missionaries to unreached people groups. We do this by gathering and creating resources for the lotu that are contextualized to the Pasifika context.
We believe that God has called every believer to participate in what is often called the Great Commission. Whether you are to go as a cross-cultural goer or stay as a faithful sender, every believer has a part to play. Missions should be a part of every Bible believing lotu as we seek to see God glorified by every culture, in every language.
Our Mission
Our mission is to support Great Commission efforts across the Pacific by cultivating a biblical view of missions within the local church to send and support missionaries to reach those who have not heard the gospel.
Our Vision
Our vision is to see the Pasifika church play a greater role in fulfilling the Great Commission.
Reaching the Unreached
Our hearts are broken for the lostness of this world. According to Joshua Project, 3.4 Billion people or 40% of the world will likely live their whole lives without hearing the gospel unless something changes. And something needs to change! The Pacific Islands have had the gospel far too long to not be a bigger participant in the Great Commission. We at Pasifika Mobilization believe that the Pacific Islands have a God-given responsibility to go unto all nations, proclaiming the gospel to those who have not heard. Pasifika people have a role to play in God's great plan of redemption.
